Hi people, this morning I received a package from china. After jumping about a bit as I though it was my super cool keyring torch (82 Lumens on a triple a, got some Eneloop Ni-cd's to use with it, benefit of my nitecore is it charges them, so I have already found two uses for that charger).
I opened the package excitedly, then realised it was a battery I bought as a joke for 99P as it was "6000" MAH, so thought it would be fun to have a "6000" mah battery(more likely to be 1400 and under).
I tested it out at 5 watts so not to put too much Amp strain on the battery, and it actually works. A 99P battery from China, that actually works.
Now, as I do not use mechanical mods and only device with a safety chip, would it be OK to use, or should I stay well away and keep it for my torch( Max amp draw about 3.2) or just relegate it to the shelf as just a joke.
My thinking is probably shelf, but there are a lot of battery experts on here, so thought I would ask first.
