Hello! Today i bought the Icare mini with the pcc. I charged the icare and the pcc to full. When i got out, i vaped until my icare led turned red. When i put it in the pcc, the white led comes on, the red led from icare comes on, but only for 10-20 seconds, then turns off. So the pcc isn t charging my icare. What could be the problem? Thanks

I don't have that setup, so I'm going to lean myself out of the window here and hope I don't hit the floor.
Have you tried a different USB cable other than the one that comes with your kit?
Unplug the unit, clean the connectors with a alcohol swap or some vinegar. All that sounds stupid I know, but sometimes the simplest things can cause or help with these issues. If all that doesn't help, contact the vendor you got it from and have them trouble shoot it, if you get no results, use the warranty and either have it exchanged or get your money back and buy something else.
