just some advice... you will have a much better chance getting real accurate information if you weren't so obvious or went and talked to actual humans face to face.. we fake humans aren't always gullible

This is an older article back when Zeller was head of PR for Glaxo. He did such a bang up job there, they made him tobacco czar at the FDA. He's as dirty as they come. Glaxo makes Nicorette and a broad range of cessation products. His friends will be the ones putting a bid under Kangertech in the coming rounds of mergers and aquisitions via their connections in Hong Kong . . . look for more of this. Certain manufacturers are going to get bid higher while others go down in flames.

They already know vaping is 20X better and safer than smoking. That's why they are trying to monopolize the market through regulatory capture.

Glaxo and Zeller have a long history of parasitizing nicotine consumers and have paid hundreds of millions in fines and penalties for fraud just under Zellers' leadership.

The FDA and other sanctioned government agencies such as NIH, CDC etc. are using these 'doc' style surveys to start to scientifically define the parameters of what should/could/would pass through the PMTA process. This is how the 'public health professionals' get paid. So I would just guess (but I don't know) that mr.mygo is affiliated with the public health community in some way.

I'm not saying specifically that this guy is doing this exact thing, but right now, the government is working with all the resources at their disposal to decide what a 'marketable' vape is because they don't know. Imperial Brands (London) already has some components of their VUSE line approved for PMTA.

They want to know from vapers how much, who's doing it, what are the flavor preferences etc. so that the new corporate products (and only those products) can come to market.

I have made my opinions known here, but of course it's up to VU management to control the nature of their enterprise, and I honor and respect that of course.

If I'm off base I will back off the survey people totally and eat crow. Also in general I will not post in this manner in the future because it can be unsettling. Problem solved?

I'm with ya. I got to watch my father die of lung cancer after 50 yrs of smoking. So all the gov't and PH fat cats better STAY THE FUCK AWAY FROM MY VAPE! Got 3 liters of 100mg nic in the freezer, I make my own ejuice, I make my own coils and wick them myself. So they can FUCK OFF AND DIE. I WILL NOT STOP VAPING. As *I* see fit to vape!

It is the FEDS! They're getting ready to spend all that new tax revenue, and are needing some solid numbers on all this newly found income. So why not do a survey where it's legal? Then base the 2017 budget off those numbers.

If only 2 or 3% of all vapors in the US sent him this letter letting him know that he is on the right track I think it would cause him to FORCE the FDA to answer his questions and maybe he will even FORCE the FDA to rework the deeming regs or at the very least change the predicate date.
