Yep, we threaten to take away their need for existing. Unfortunately, the insurance companies have bought into the same BS as most equate vaping with smoking and still want to charge you at the smokers rate if you vape.

This reminds me of the alcohol prohibition....there wasn't even an attempt to have rationale regulations on alcohol you had all these dried up old ladies that just wanted all alcohol banned...
