I'm not sure how they work. Did you try the one contained in the last post of the thread?

ok tried to get away with ordering the sale that Joe posted with the istick30 watt. so put that in my cart and two vape bands to get total to 35.07 then added the referal code. So they won't let you combine offers. so it took off the JOE10 code off and applied the 10$ off code. And since its less than 50$ purchase you gotta pay for shipping which is 4.99 for cheapest one so really wound up saving 2$ after all said and done. So I just cleared my cart. would have been worth getting it for like 24$. But I am always looking for the best deal on any device I may buy.

Why not just throw in a $1.00 piece of silica wick, bringing it to 35.99 minus $10 brings it to 25.99 plus $5 shipping is $30.99? Still cheaper than Joe's code since the shipping is included.
