Hello everyone! My name is Khoa, I am the founder of Inertia Vape in San Diego, CA.
Over the past year my team and I have gone through many (many many many) versions of our vape to create a mechanical mod that would be different from the standard etched cylinder made in who-knows-where by who-knows-who.
We had three targets to hit with our first model, it had to be luxurious, functional, and unique. We wanted to show the world we trust our process, so a lifetime warranty was discussed and quickly put into motion - we are THAT confident in our mech mod.
We are proud to show off our creation, it took us a ton of test runs to get it right, with each piece manufactured on it’s own and assembled state-side. Nothing we use is ‘out of the box’, it’s all custom made and machined just for our vape. We start with a solid brass rod and the CNC machine goes to work, the insides are honed out for a perfect battery fitment. One thing we noticed when testing out the “best” mods on the market, is that cross threading the screws and narrow threading was pretty annoying and didn’t feel right, we made the threads thicker, you can see them in the detailed pictures - less twists and a perfect ‘in line’ fitment with our square grid design. All the extension pieces line up perfectly.
The firing mechanism (and on-off switch) is magnetic, no springs. To turn the vape on, twist the bottom so the logo and octagon are offset, it ‘snaps' into place thanks to the magnets, and you’re ready to draw immediately - push the button, you're good to go. To turn it off switch the bottom back so the text and octagon are lined up.
We know that after a certain amount of time springs wear out and collapse, meaning you have to wait for a replacement (if you can even get ahold of the original manufacturer) and wait to ship things around. We don’t want you to have any of those problems, the grounded magnets won’t need to be replaced, but if there ever is an issue with our vape, you’re backed by a lifetime warranty, again.. a lifetime warranty on a mech mod.
We had inspect and hand package every vape, we offer a lifetime warranty for a reason, we know each piece is going to hold up to all your usage, trips, concerts, you name it. How can you trust a vape when there’s only a few month warranty behind it, if they don’t stand behind their product why should you?
