"The sale of e-cigarettes to minors is a major health concern because (they) typically contain nicotine, a highly addictive drug," Ingham County Health Officer Linda Vail said in a news release. "Through licensing, we can ensure e-cigarettes stay out of the hands of children and teens."

"A package of bills that would ban e-cigarette sales to minors is pending in the state House, said state Sen. Rick Jones, a sponsor of the package. Gov. Rick Snyder vetoed a similar package in January because it would have excluded e-cigarettes from being regulated as tobacco under state law."

So sucking money out of vendors pockets is the sure fire way to keep teens from vaping but a ban to minors wouldn't work and was vetoed in January???
Yea, Seems legit....
