Innokin warranty appreciation

I apologize if this is the wrong section. I'm a relatively new vaper compared to most on here, but I just wanted to share my experience with Innokin. I bought an MVP v4 about 4 months ago. Loved everything about it. The great battery life, the look and feel, not having to deal with a removable battery, being able to charge my phone since it has a usb port to charge accessories, etc.

Basically I had dropped this thing so many times (few times on concrete) and eventually the top part of the mod got a little loose and a screw fell out. This is partly my fault because I didn't look for a screwdriver that could fit the tiny screws to tighten it.

So I contacted Innokin and explained to them that I understood that I was a little past my 90 day warranty but I'd appreciate if they could send me the missing screw. Innokin responded by extending the warranty to 120 days, and after sending it to their warehouse, they sent me a brand new replacement.

I just wanted to share this with everyone as I'm really grateful, and thought it was great they were so considerate. Highly recommend Innokin Mvp 4!

Nice, I still have an MVPv2 that still works. I just don't vape that low any longer. I just can't seem to throw it away.
