I’m 70 yrs old. I was buying whole life insurance. I was asked if I have smoked in the past 10 yrs and said no, because I have never smoked. He said great. Then he told me that he had to ask a few questions that would be recorded and that was fine. After a few questions, he ask again had I ever smoked. I said no, but I took literally 1 hit off of a friends vape pen 6 months ago just to se what it was like. The phone went silent for a few seconds and then my agent reminded me that we were recording and that it was permanent and could not be undone.
That raised my monthly payments $300.00.
