This Tom Miller guy seems to get it.
We need more people like him in politics.
He's optimistic and knows by looking at the numbers that the smoking rate continues to plummet as teens are mostly only experimenting with vaping.

It makes perfect sense for many reasons:

1) Cigarettes come in no only nicotine only but thousands of other chemicals that turn the nicotine in to a "crack" form on nicotine.

2) Cigarettes stink and you can smell it on your clothes for days.

3) Vaping comes with zero nicotine options (The 2016 MTFS has 66% of all teen vapers using zero nic)
So that means less then 1/3 of vaping teens are using nicotine
How many of these teens smoked and switched to vaping?

4) Is nicotine addictive when there is no smoke / combustion involved?
The FDA seemed to think not when they ok'd nicotine patches and gum for over the counter sale.

5) If nicotine in vaping is addictive in never smokers then how much less addictive is it then smoking?
