Ipv3li issues??

Well I think it's got an issue, after being a very solid trouble free mod I think I have problems.

Just the last couple days with my tfv4 with the quad pre built its been vaping really hot and the ohms on my coil has been really wacky. Thinking I got a bad batch of coils I swapped it out and it's the same thing. So used to vape these from 70-100 watts and that was a good happy spot but now 70 seems like 140 and 100 well it's just scary!!!!!!

So after throwing the tank on my sig 75 and vaping at 75 watts I definitely notice the sig vaping what I was used to at 75 with the Li.....

Not sure if anything can be done and I'm not really sure how to truly test output, but it seems to be doubling the ohms and the watts...

Not sure if the TC works though as I haven't been using it lately but anybody had anything similar happen with this mod?

So vaping at 40 watts is fine but that's not fixing my issue.

I'm thinking I need to put it down as its a bit concerning being so unpredictable.

Thoughts?

well my first thought is the 510 connection
make sure nothing got in between the screw head looking thing and the black gasket looking thing - make sure its good and clean on the connection

then check your batteries as well - try a different set

hope you figure it out - and please post what you do figure out. my 3li has been fine and I bought it used months ago. So I am hoping yours is not a sign of things to come for me

I am going to mess with it a bit more tonight, I did swap batts and the 510 looks to be ok but I will see, but it is an odd issue for sure by the way it's vaping. But man I love the unit I hope it hasn't bit the dust, but after I check the obvious not sure if there is hope:(

Hope you get it figured out, and it's nothing major. I have had an IPV3LI for about 6 months, and it has been flawless even after being dropped on concrete. I have nothing but praise for this mod.
