No..but that's a good idea if there is a update available for the D2...Thx!Can you try a firmware update?
I've had 3 IPVs. Ran into a similar problem because I drip, and juice got into the mod through the 510 connector. First time, I took it apart and cleaned it. Somehow that fixed it. Second time, completely dead. (Translation: I went from owning a mid-priced mod to having a free case for a DIY build.)

Thanks! There is an updated version, the IPV D3 but as far as firmware, unfortunately no. The IPV D2 does not have upgradeable firmware (note the lack of a usb port) and neither does the IPV D3. IMO that was a huge botch. With the exception of a Snow Wolf V1.5, I'll no longer be purchasing mods that do not allow for upgrades.
I don't have mine on hand to check but does the IPV D2 have stealth mode? I can't remember if does.
No problem. Hopefully you just accidently activated the stealth mode and that fixes your problemThanks!
I think it does indeed have a stealth mode..gotta research how to turn it off and on though..

So when they've been advertising USB charging, WTH are they talking about? I'm looking at pics. That little circular hole in the bottom? Even my POS iPV2S had a "software upgrate" (sic) option. The IPV D2 does not have upgradeable firmware (note the lack of a usb port)
D2 has only a 3.5mm round charging port..as stated above no USB at all...
LolAfter 3 IPVs with micro USBs, I stupidly assumed they would forever make their mods with them. There must be a reason. I do know that the round charging ports last longer.
On the same day my wife comes home with a D3. Ha.I think I'm done with IPV mods for good

At least she got a good tank... no worries about juice leaking down to the juice-channelless top of the mod and straight through the 510.
