Thought this would be a nice recipie. I'm a fan of Bailey's and think it would go great with cookie. Probaly needs some FA Fresh Cream to smooth it out.

If anyone is up for the task, i'd greatly appreciate it. Preferably all FA flavorings. :)

My guess would be:
2-3% FA Cookie
2% FA Irish Cream
.5-1% Fresh Cream and/or Marshmallow

I made an Irish Cream Malt a LONG time ago. I used TFA whipped cream in that one, but almond kind of mellows it out. Coconut, too and without tasting it.

I really gotta remember to login on this forum, forgot all about this.

I've mixed up a batch with:

FA - Cookie 3%
FA - Irish Cream 2%
FA - Fresh Cream 1%
FA - Marshmallow .5%
FA - Vienna Cream .5%

Will let it steep for a few days, and see how it is. I'll try to remember, reporting back. :)

Alright, so i tried the mix out. A bit too heavy on the Cookie side (not as brown as expected). Maybe some tfa brown sugar will help, but i'm all out.

It's pretty good, not too bad. But i think i will mix Fresh Cream at .5% next time, and maybe sub Vienna Cream for some Catalan Cream. To get some spice into it.
