I'ma say it leaves the 90% where we are, except a large chunk will need to learn to be self sufficient when it comes to coils and juice.

I watched the video and they sent a refillable pod as well. Shown at 2:33, so it looks like you will be able to fill with your own liquid, but not sure if you would have to buy the refillable pod separately because when he showed the unboxing it was shown with only the prefilled tobacco pod and Matt metioned that they sent along a refillable pod.
I guess this product is better than nothing to vape or a pack of cigarettes.
