if you are using good batteries (25 amp - 30 amp) then you should be fine. the mod won't let you do anything dumb since it's regulated. what mod are you using? and what batteries?

I'm speculating a snow wolf.
You'll be running at just under 35 and a half amp shared throughout your triple 18650s so you should be ok.
Unless you are using efest or any other rewraps.
Then, run for the hills.

You are correct. Sigelei 218 snow wolf. Only small enough mod I've found that fits my obese Buddha flush great mod btw
Anyways, I have a set of green imren 3500's and they been holding up on everything I've built except in my mech mod they get warmbso I don't use em in it anymore and also samsung 25rs the green ones

Yep, like Richard said get rid of those shitty Imrens and stick with LG, Samsung or Sony from reputable sites. Amazon and eBay are a no go, very high likelihood of getting fakes here. I get all my batteries from Liion Wholesale or IMR Batteries.

That and follow Mooch on his Blog, Facebook or Reddit and only get his tested and recommended batteries. Imren, eFest, etc. buy rejects from Sony, Panasonic, LG and Samsung. They then rewrap them and sell them with grossly inflated ratings, essentially they're fucking pipe bombs.

Realistically you'll be fine with 20 amp batts. 25 will give better performance anything over 25 is pretty much a waste of battery life.

You really don't have to worry about it with regulated Mod's, the chip balances it out.

Now the Hog, is this your first Mech? It sounds like it is

If I put the vtc4s in my hog that should give me 3000mah and close to 50A to be safe given I most likely won't build lower than 0.25 on my hog as that's like 300+watts lol!!

In series the amp limit doesn't increase just the voltage does. In parallel the amp limit is about 50% higher so using 30 amps batts like a hb6 would give you 45 amp limit. Both technically have the same battery life in watt hours

50% is the safe amount. Mah does double. But you measure in kw/h which is V*mah/1000 so
Parallel 3.7 * 6000/1000 = 22.6
Series 7.4*3000/1000 = 22.6

Same capacity use series to double voltage use parallel to gain 50% amp limit
