is there a removable battery mod with micro usb charging port?

my wife and i currently vape with 50w eleafs and they've been great for months now but i think theyre starting to go down hill on the battery front so its time for an upgrade. i was really disappointed with pioneerforyou because i darn near bought the ipv d2 and then the d3 until i realized that both of them have that dumb round charging port that nothing else in this universe uses. i want something that has a micro usb charging port just like 99% of cell phones that arent apple made. the eleaf has the micro usb port and it worked excellent. the battery starts getting low and its a non issue because there is always somebody with a cellphone charger nearby if we dont have one ourselves.

so im looking for something compact, around the same size as the eleaf or smaller.
regulated is a must. temp control not required but would be nice.
75w-100w max but be able to be turned down to 30w-50w and still operate right.
removavle 18650 battery or batteries is a must. i dont want to have to throw away any more devices when the batteries die.
micro usb charging port so you can charge the battery inside the mod if you want.

is there anything out there that fits the bill?

I don't personally have it, but the Evic VTC Mini is the talk of the town now for single 18650 devices atm. You really get a lot for the price. TC for basically all TC wires (user adjustable TCR). It's up-gradable, and uses a mini usb cable.

PS No single 18650 mod will do 100 watts safely. If you need that much power you will need to look at dual 18650 mods.

Cheers,
Steve

Edit I believe it goes from 1-75 watts once you upgrade it. I'm sure some other posters will be along soon to give you some first hand opinions.

i would personally be fine with a dual. my wife is the one that needs it to be compact. that booger looks really good that you posted. after the firmware update can it push 75w? it looks like it according to the pic in the link you posted.

so are there any 100-150w dual 18650 regulated TC mods that use the same charging port? i think im going to jump on the vtc for my wife for sure. im shopping for me now if i dont get the same for myself. ill probably wait until it comes in and try it and if i like it i might get the same thing as her.

bah saw the edit after i posted. thanks!

What wingsfan said. And yeah, 75w. That's about max for a single battery mod.
Evic vtc is a great mod for the price if you want something small.

But a majority of the mods out now charge and update with micro usb so you have a ton of options.
I just picked up the reuleaux rx200 and that has a lot of bang for the buck if tou want something that can push more than 75w and have the battery last longer than a couple hours.

There are quite a few dual and even a tri 18650 mod (Wismec RX200) that will charge from a mini USB jack. The problem is they are normally wired in series and I can't really in good faith recommend you charge them inside the mod. The only mods I charge internally with more than one cell are DNA200 mods. They come with 3s Lipo cells (the ones I charge internally). I would highly recommend getting a separate charger if you want to go with dual or tri 18650 mods. Just my 2 cents. I want people to have a good experience with vaping and above all else to be safe.

Happy Holidays,
Steve

I would check out the Lava Box DNA 200. I'm pretty sure it uses a Micro USB.

i wouldnt charge a dual or tri exclusively from inside the mod. it would only be done if im in a pinch. i already have an external charger. i ran a non regulated tesla awhile back but it was just too temperamental. still have all the stuff though.

what about the sigelei 75w? i cant tell if it uses micro usb or not.

I was looking at the Sigeleis and none that I looked at had a micro USB charge point. I actually went to buy the Fuchai 200watt tonight but they only had that horrid powder blue, but they had the RX 200 for $15 less, I really didn't want something that heavy but.... :D ... and with my Black Crown it looks SICK!!!! Now I have to go out a buy a single charger for my extra battery I had to buy.

I'll preface this by saying I mainly use DNA200 mods now, but one of the hottest multi 18650 mods out right now is the Wismec Reuleaux RX200. Like the first mod I mentioned, I don't have this one either. If you look around here, it's definitely a fan favorite. Good bang for your buck, three 18650, user upgrade-able, TC, up to 200 watts, and can be found for around $50. Here's a link to a mega thread on it. Happy hunting!

Cheers,
Steve

Ecig city has multiple rx200 colors, not just the normal 2.
My wife LOVES her evic mini. The rx200 is bigger than most but it's actually comfortable in the hand and small considering it has 3 cells in it.

I also have the probably equally disdained white/green/teal whatever the hell it is RX200 and love it. I have so many damn black mods that I just felt like bucking the trend. The Fuchai and the RX200 vape well. Don't care that much about the color.

I have both the Evic VTC Mini, and the Sigelei 75W, besides some other regulated and mech mods. The Sigelei has a mini USB on the bottom for charging the battery. However, the mod is heavy. It weighs almost as much as my dual 18650 mods. Therefore, I'm using it mainly at home.
The VTC Mini, is smaller and lighter. With the Firmware upgraded to V3.0 it's priceless. However, I did find a downside of this mod. My Triton V1 and my Subtank Plus slightly wobble on that mod. The 510 connection of those two tanks a slightly longer than on other tanks I own. Therefore those two tanks don't sit flush on the mod. Once, I screwed the Triton on too much, in order to avoid the wobble, and it wouldn't fire. Just yesterday, I screwed 5 different RDAs on the VTC, one of them also had a slightly longer connection. However, due to size and weight, it didn't wobble. My Crown and TFV4 tanks (4 of each) sit flush, and work flawlessly. Even better, with FW V3.0, I use the Crowns with their stock replacement coils in TC for SS. Recently, Smok came out with a new dual coil replacement head, that utilizes SS wire (TF-STC2). Although, I have bought a pack of those, I haven't tried them yet.

Don't want to put the smok down but I have that mod and for an extra $10 the evic vtc is light years ahead in build, buttons, TC, upgradability.
The battery plate to case connection is the dumbest thing I've ever seen.

100w istick. I have it and its pretty good. I like it quite a bit. I own both the 30w and 50w isticks also. The 100w uses 2 18650s in a paralell format and uses the same micro usb as my lg phone

I have the Istick 100W as a backup device. For the price (less than $30) you really can't go wrong for a straight power only, dual battery box!
