I've got a Tarot Mini and can throw in a single battery - you pay shipping and it's yours.

Do you have a charger? The Mini doesn't have a USB port, and takes a single 18650 battery - so you need a charger to use it.

I can also throw a Tobeco Velocity V2 clone in the package if you want it.
