I'm currently trying to figure out a good mouth to lung setup, I don't know where to start , but this juice would be great for it if I can find a good setup, this is 50/50 vg/pg right ?

Yes this juice is 50/50. But I only have 2 bottles of the Caramel pear left. The other 2 bottles have been sold.
I will let you have the 2 bottles for 13.00 shipped. Now for the MTL set up. My favorite still to this day is the
Beyond Vape SIlo. It uses the nautilus coils and gives a great vape. It is very much like the full size nautilus
but the airflow is better. I also use the Cubis pro tank. Those are my 2 MTL daily tanks. Here is a link to the Beyond
