My sympathy, I know exactly how you feel. Enter many events many times in many places. I finally won a third prize 3 30 ml. bottles of juices of my choice. In the end, they just flat out refused that the event never happened and as a consolation, sent me 3 vape bands with their brand on it. Right, like I'll be advertising for you ..... not! Quit using their brand (not that good anyway).

First you said $6 off only now your saying your required to pay tax. I have never heard this from any viewer of the Mod Envy show.

You live IN the state the eliquid is made in?
That's called sales tax and anyway you look at it it's highly illegal to not charge it (even on a free giveaway)
