Joyetech AIO questions

I am new to vaping. I picked up a Joyetech AIO (not the box AIO) the other day. I love it but I'm still paranoid about the battery exploding.. it came with a USB Cable but no wall charger. My questions are- how safe is the AIO in regards to battery? Second, what type of USB wall charger is best? Will a wall USB hub work?

The stick AIO models are pretty rock solid and reliable, and pretty safe, just don't leave it in a hot car or unattended while charging, even at home and especially while you are in the car. Any USB charging connection should work, suggested at the wall outlet or wall/car port the output of the converter be no higher than about 1 amp current supplying your charging. Many say with current mod's /w charging on board ports that you can go up to 2 amps, but why press your luck, 1/2 amp trickle charge to 1 amp rapid charge are not to damaging to a li-ion and Lipo battery. Just remember, never leave a battery charging that is not monitored.

I have a USB hub with 2.1a output. So I should find a 1a?

2.1amp, Ipad or similar Wall Wart Eh? You can use it for now, Walmart about $5 to $10 USD you can find a decent 0.5 to 1a wall wart. With the 2.1a I'd suggest never leave it unattended, the AIO onboard charging circuit will pull what it needs from the 2.1a, many feel it is safe, just remember to occassionally touch the AIO while charging, it starts getting really hot, unplug it and let it cool back down for about 30minutes. A 0.5a as I said, IMO is the safest and most gentle on batteries, takes longer to charge, but the biggest killer of Lithium based batteries is heat which degrades them and makes them unstable, which rapid charging causes excess heat. My best analogy is remember charging as so, pressurizing a soda can through a pin hole, more powerful the compressor at the charging pushing end the more likely you'll run into an issue of the can becoming a frag grenade, with a LiPo battery like the AIO uses it is more a roman candle if it decides to go pop.

I have a JBL portable speaker USB wall charger. It is 5v 1a output. Can I use this? Those specs are perfect, correct? Do I need to worry about fast charging?
