Joyetech CUBOID 150 power problem

Hey guys!

Anyone had a problem where your cuboid doesn't turn on. It died randomly and I thought it was a battery problem but when I plugged it in it still would not turn on. Any suggestions?

I use the SUPERTANK with 0.3 oh coils.
bought this about 3 weeks ago and I had no problems with it until now
I have never dropped this battery and the whole thing was sudden

Are you charging through the USB port, or are you charging your batteries in a charger? If you are charging them in the mod, then I would try pulling them out and putting them in a charger to charge.

It *could* be that the on board USB has failed, which would keep it from turning on while plugged in.

I went to the local vape shop I bought it at and he told me that the 5-pin(whatever that means) has been push down so hard by the tank that it somehow fried the circuit. And to top it all of when he sold me the vape he didnt tell me that the warranty wont be active since I bought a tobeco tank and not a Joyetech tank.

Ouch ... Did they sell you the Cuboid and the Supertank together without mentioning the lack of warranty? Were you dealing with the owner of the shop, or one of the employees? If you were dealing with an employee, I would ask to speak to the owner and see if he will do something about it. If you were dealing with the owner, then I would go have another discussion with him and see if there is anything at all he is willing to do. I would definitely explain to him that his shop sold you the "package" and never once mentioned that you wouldn't have a warranty if you didn't get the Joyetech tank. Further, if there were any question about the 510 connector, the "experts" at the local shop should have known there could be issues and warned you about it, or offered other suggestions.

Bottom line though ... Shops make money on repeat business, so if they don't take care of you, then I would NOT go back to that shop again ... EVER!
