I was so happy with this rig for the first three days..

Three days after purchase and Im driving along with the thing in my shirt pocket. Suddenly I feel like Im being stung by a wasp on my chest and I had to mad panic get the thing outa my pocket once I realized it was the Joyetech.
Luckily I was on a country road and no one was behind me 'cause I hit the brakes and jumped out in order to put some distance between myself and the probox, fearing a battery vent/runaway condition.

Vapor was coming out of the mouthpiece and the internal led light was on, but the switch itself was off !
I tried turning it on and back off but the light stayed on and the juice just kept boiling. I suspect boiling juice is what soaked thru my tee and onto my chest (red mark, but I'll live...:) )

I took some video of the unit laying on the road with the switch off and yet clearly the light on and vapor pouring out the end. This is my first Joyetech device.. I expect the shop will only give me a direct replacement for it (instead of another brand), so now Im gonna be gunshy of my own vape..

Are Joyetech devices somewhat low on quality control/ design or did I just get a rare lemon.

Don't think this has anything to do with brand of mod..... it's just a case of a piece of technology failing.. happens with all devices from all manufacturers and is NOT limited to vaping...... cars get recalled for same types of failures everyday.

Time to figure out why..... I would start with why did the juice leak? Because leaked juice could have caused a short and runaway firing....

SHIT HAPPENS.... every dropped a cigarette in your lap while driving. Something here.
