I finally found a way that joy doesn't overwhelm a recipe. This is a nice baked apple, cinnamon-sugar type funnel cake.

Joyfully Cinnful in Fuji

2% FA Joy
.5%-1% FA Cinnamon Ceylon or TFA Cinnamon Spice ( I like strong cinnamon flavor, but if you don't go ahead and lower it to your liking.)
.5% FA Fuji apple ( I found 1% of this to much, but try .75% for more Apple taste if ya want.)
.5% FA Apple pie
.5% FA Meringue ( yes, I used the newer stuff here)
.5% FA Jamaican rum
.5% FA Vanilla Classic makes it smoother, more better.
**optional .25% TFA Brown sugar extra ( I like it both ways, sweeter and more baked or browned with this addition.)
Enjoyfully!

I'm SOL with the Joy for now unless I spend extra and get it out of Canada. I need the Fuji Apple too.

I hope FA is paying HIC. Think anybody else could have posted 1 recipe and drained the entire US supply in about a half hour? LOL

Thank you Mikhask. But I'm not about to pay $20 shipping for 1 10 ml flavor..lol I'll be ok until it becomes available from a US vendor.

At 1% cinnamon it's pretty in your face after a day, but I like it. To be normal like those cinnamon sugar Apple elephant ears I say go .5%, but I ain't normal. @Pauly Walnuts you speak my language...haha, too punny!

I wouldn't either. Just keep checking bull city and mama's daily. Maybe ecigexpress or e liquid Mart will get it in.

Try it with .5% cinnamon first. Other good addition would be a little Vienna, fresh cream, vanilla. That joy has a nice buttery caramely taste to it. That new meringue is a bit caramely also. In dainta land you can add y's and ish to better describe things.

Yeah, kinda like TeresaLand, where the cows give chocolate milk and I look good in a two-piece - I go there a lot. ;)

What, no bilberryery! An outrage! I'll try it at the lowest percentage of cinnamon first...and probably stay there. :D

Caddy, put a dash of cream in it, to make it less dry, like .5%. I'm diluting mine down to .5% cinnamon Ceylon and adding .5% fresh cream to see if it becomes a little moister, ( one can also add er to words for description) it's a bit dry to me and I don't like dry. Ill add addition up top if I like it better and explain why.

Mixed this up tonight and I love it. What a great recipe ... Thanks for sharing!

This is the first time I have mixed with Joy and it's fantastic!

I have to have the vanilla in it. I just do. I like it better w/o Brown sugar. Caddisfly likes it best after a steep. Each to our own. Matt, I think you need a little of everything.
