There has been a string of good vaping news over the last few weeks. Nothing that I would considering earth shattering, but wins none the less. This particular win is with the state of NY. A Judge has ordered that New York must pay for the attorney costs of the plaintiffs.
This article is still biased against the vaping industry but I will take good rulings from any news source.
The selective abuse vaping has taken (i.e. cant sell menthol vapes, but you can sell menthol cigarettes in many states) is further complicated with the lock-downs. Any win gives our vendors hope for the future.
