Should we be confident moving forward that him and his team can handle the FDA?

The only thing I have much confidence in at this point is the nic in my freezer. It's not that I think these lawyers aren't doing the best job possible, it's because I know that the courts feed at the same trough as the legislators and the bureaucrats.
