just bought this new 26650 battery and my mod won't fire

just bought a mxjo 26650 4200 Mah from a local vape shop, i fully charged the battery before i decided to use it and my mod won't fire at all. i tested another battery to make sure it wasn't my mod messing up and it fired with the other battery.
is it possible that my mod can't handle 4200 mah? my other battery that is only 3500 mah and it works just fine.

How many amps is your battery rated for? It's gotta be pretty low at 4200mah. If your using a regulated mod the battery might be too weak so your mod won't even fire.

Considering it is a rewrap.. and all that I could find was it was from 20-35 constant drain... I would trust it power safely power exactly jack and shit and jack left town.
