Jwraps contest - Problem Resolved since 11/9/14

On October 17th I was informed that I had won a jwraps mod stand and carbon mod stand wrap in the jwraps contest thread.


It was supposedly shipped Oct 18 which was 3 weeks ago and I have yet to get my prize winning

I have convo'd the vendor for Jwrap on the underground 4 days ago with no response. I also posted in the original contest right asking why I had receive my prize no one responded

So I went to their website and I emailed the customer support.

I will link to the original thread and I will post all conversations so you can see the contact I have received from them.

I have asked the other winners if they received their prizes and have yet to get anybody to confirm that they in fact received anything

Hello I won a contest on vaping underground and was told my prize winning would be shipped on october 18th. However I have not received it. I have tried to contact the jwrap person on vaping underground with no luck.

Glad you heard from them! I realize that these vendors get busy and they need to fill their paying customers first, but sometimes a quick email confirming what you and it may take awhile to get your prize goes along way!

hmm free, but yeah, that's messed up to go through that much back and forth. I am sure they will make it right....I have won giveaways 3 weeks straight and received first 2 right away and tracking number for third today.
