Hi all, first time poster here.

Has anyone been able to properly install an Aerotank Giant on a Cloupor DNA 30 clone?

This has been a failed process for me, probably because the Giant is too wide.

Have you had the same issue? Any viable solution?

Any word if the soon to come Pioneer4You IPV 50 watt mod will be more accommodating for such wider tanks?

I use the Kanger Mega on that mod. The giant hangs off the sides a bit - but it will still work.

No disrespect Joe, I've tried multiple times . The Giant doesn't fit in the circular recess of that mod, so the tank's pin doesn't make proper contact with the connector. I keep seeing "check atomizer" in the mod's display

Does it have an adjustable pin?

It's got a sliding pin pretty much like all Kanger coils. Slide the pin down far enough to make contact. For something that will hold the adjustment you could try taking an old Kanger coil apart and trimming the insulator leaving the flat part something like a rubber washer. Pull the pin on the Mega coil, slide the washer on it and re-install. The pin would then stick out the thickness of the washer more than previously. Don't know if that would be enough of an extender to make good contact though.

The Giant's bottom cap pin seems to be built similarly to that of the Nautilus. So I don't see how it can be extended without causing unwanted leaking. I also just don't have the fine motor skills or confidence to play around with the tank in such a manner. Arlind from Elev8vape texted me to say that the Pioneer4you IPV connector is adjustable, so I may very well pick one up to give it a go with the Giant.

The Cloupor dna's 510 is too deep for the connection.. I have a 28.5 mm KFL that won't work on mine either.. The fasttech dna is not as deep and it will work on it.. To get your tank to work on the Cloupor DNA you need one of these.. https://www.fasttech.com/p/1678700

Yes, I ordered and received a 510/510 adapter, and it's doing the trick. Thank you all for your help! :)
