but ssocc .05 replacement coil just bought is too big? Help!

The coils are made with different sizes of wire. The bigger coil likely has heavier wire and might need more wattage to give same vape.

I just ordered another of the same from a different vendor and it works? One is slightly bigger and does not fit same size on package.

While the case width has gone through several revisions, the height is the only dimension that matters in this case. If it's authentic... it'll fit.

I will say... I had a couple minutes concern myself when I first put one of the round ones in a Kanger tank. They added some extra gasketing or an 0-ring at the top of the coil head and it took either press-fitting it to the chimney first, or just screwing the tank together (through the resistance) for it to seat.

But all was well... they do actually fit.
