I have placed a pre-order already. I thought the first Dripbox (60W) was good for the price. However, I hope the RDA is better on the 160W, 'cause I wasn't impressed by the RDA on the 60W version. I'm using a Tobeco Velocity Mini (clone) instead.

This from the reviews so far is better all round. The RDA and the mod. Easier smoother drip and can be vaped at 100+ watts no problem. Of course at that watts I expect no more than five hours on a set of batts. I had issues with the first drip box. This seems much better and is very nice at the price.

I think its still the same Subdrip RBA... whats the flavor difference like with the Velocity mini, is it night and day?

With the right build, and the proper airflow setting, the Tobeco Velocity Mini out performs the stock RDA on the first Dripbox. However, I don't expect any major improvement of the stock RDA coming with the Dripbox 160, according to the pictures I saw of that RDA. As long, as the Squonker mod performs, with a different RDA, I'll be happy!

Squonking is just like dripping as you know, without the need to drip continually. I don't think you'll find any tank even comparable to the flavor available squonking, except the junk atty that Kanger made, it is what it is....junk.

That said, the atty is the trick to squonking. To get good flavor, a good atty is a necessity. If you're short on funds, there are a few good clones available, like the M-Atty, NarDa, Velocity, etc. Good luck....:)

No major improvements... but the RDA is better. But as the first RDA was crap, better doesn't mean that much. As I wasn't expecting much from the stock RDA, my biggest disappointment has been the cheesy red buttons instead of the black ones from the photo above. I have been vaping with the stock .3 ohm clapton build that comes on the included velocity deck for about 5 hours now after some tweaking. It isn't that bad. I will keep using it until I get a black Velocity cause my white one looks really bad on the black mod with red buttons.

Order a velocity v2 clone take out the hex screw in the 510 pin and it will work for a squanker. You can get it for like 7 bucks online. Then slap some claptons in it and buy some vtc4 batteries and you will get the flavor your looking for on that mod. But that mod the best setup i found was an avacado atomizer with a single coil. But i had a different drip tip on it not the standard. I used it exclusively for months and have it still. If you have any questions let me know i can try a few builds and let you know specifics.

There's no $7 to be spent unfortunately, we had an issue with my Granpa's mental health so we had to move n ended up in a hotel for 4-5 months, which we couldn't afford but had no choice. We're living on 1200 a month and are in a 'payday loan doom cycle' for awhile longer. If you have the time/energy and want to try a couple builds on the subdrip let me know how it goes! I've got a vtc4 I use for that and my mechs, so I'm set there!
