I was considering drilling out the holes myself.I just drilled mine out to with the maximum bit that will fit and its almost like stock heads

keep playing with your cotton helps loosen it up sometimes. what is the size of your coil?
I noticed, the (in going) airflow holes on the RBA are smaller than on the replacement heads. Therefore, some people prefer to rebuild those. In addition, I'm building a coil with a 2.5 mm ID, in order to improve the airflow on the RBA.

A 2.5 mm ID coil works better than a 3 mm.Should i build a smaller diameter of coil to improve airflow on the rba?

after you build your coil and tuck your cotton (sort of fluff it up first) into the sleeve, take a piece of wire and feed it down along the inner edge of the sleeve, directly over the juice wells, and gently pull it back a bit exposing the juice wells at the bottom. this seems to improve juice flow and air flow, in my opinionHello!
I just rebuild my kanger subtank mini rba... (1st time to build)...i notice that the airflow is kinda tight...is that normal?
Thanks in advance!
