Why have you posted this under so many different suppliers forums? @Whiskey @Huckleberried perhaps you could move one of these posts so it can be answered!

If it leaks badly contact the vendor and get it replaced. It shouldn't leak any more than the egrips leak - which is a bit, but not that bad (learn to store it upside down, etc).
Here's the frustrating thing: I don't know enough about mod releases. I hear reviewers talk about the possibility that their buggy units might be betas, or they say that the companies might have already addressed an issue with an updated version.
These companies, like Kanger, are stingy with their info. So how the hell are we supposed to help each other troubleshoot a potential design flaw when we don't even know if we all have the same version? (Yeah, I know... I should suck it up; they are overseas companies.)
The Nebox is the first mod I've tracked from day one. It's really sad to see some of the basic questions we've had and can't answer. Like "what is that coil made out of?" And if I remember correctly, those round SSOCC coils weren't even for sale when B&M's started getting Nebox shipments.
I did force myself to read half of the epic Asolo (assholio) thread. That was a decent education on how the process works. Learning as I go, I guess.

One question is easily answered - at least we know the coils are cotton!
The Nebox is very similar to the egrip, and as a result subject to similar issues. But the airflow is much better unless you use the RDA.
Even the manual doesn't explain what SSOCC means. The word "cotton" only appears to explain the "wrapping cotton steps" for the RBA.

(OCC is in general usage, so it's probably assumed you know, or can easily find out).
Yeah, I think that was the first acronym I searched for when MHW gave me the Kanger manual.

Zero leaks and I've got 3-4 tanks through mine. Bigger data set - zero leaks and my wife has 15-20 tanks through hers. I'll second the people saying to make sure your coil is tight in the base, your base is tight in the mod, and that none of the o-rings are damaged.

I was pretty well sold on giving it a whirl if I got one for the right price until my local shop told me it has a plastic tank. I'm sure the plastic makes it more durable. I like the concept though.
