I have just got my new Sublx mini starter kit after my occ coil burnt out I decided to use the Rba it's firing properly but it won't screw into my tank so yeah

Got any close up pics of the tank base and the bottom of the rba?

The bottom part of the RBA has a center pin looking thing with four holes in the side. This actually screws up into the top of the deck. Make sure this is tight. You can use something in the holes like an allen wench or small screwdriver to snug it up a bit.
