Every Kayfun I have, 5, of them, are Ehpros, and I have had no problems til this ne. But maybe it got too hot in there, and the O ring shrunk some in the process of cooling down.

Hope that didn't sound stupid, but I'm just guessing. Question...I did not see one, but does an O ring go around the bottom of the chimney, where it meets the deck? Just want to make sure I didn't miss something.....And I am really grateful for all of the help, I would not figure things out without the great help from the VU.....
I believe I have the problem solved. Changing all of the O rings seems to have stopped the leak. Keeping my fingers crossed anyway. But so far, so good. Thanks for the help. Only other issue I have left to resolve is I need a Rose Gold deck for an Ephro, Kayfun Lite +. Just the deck, I loaned it to a friend of mine, and somehow, it got lost. Everything else is here. Do you think that Fasttech, or one of the other vendors might sell just the deck part?I hate wasting juice too.
No, not at the base of the chimney where it meets the deck. Mine are the authentics, but I think the clones are a good match. Fingers crossed for you. Hoping you find success now. I just know if you have a leak it is definitely loss of vacuum. Let me know how it goes for you. Another thing. If you don't already do it and have an AFC screw. Run it without that to get more draw, it helped mine. I mainly use my Erlkonigin now. It cost a pretty penny, but it was one of the best investments I ever did for my vaping. I run it without the AFC too.
Last thought I prefer doing my builds with a shorter wick pinned against the block, and after I put the first part of the chimney on I put a donut of wick material around the coil in a circle where I still can see the coil. Gives me more vapor.

Wait, how the hell do you loan out a Kayfun and get it back minus the fucking DECK??
Because when it was cleaned, somehow the piece fell into a trash can and the trash was taken out without him knowing it had fallen into it...he said the pieces were all on the kitchen cabinet around the sink, an the trash can was below the sink. That's the best guess we could figure out. That's all I know. Since you're so caustic in your question Jeremy, do you think I should kill him or fucking prosecute him??? Well, I've spent the better part of this morning looking for a replacement deck for my Ehpro Kayfun Lite +, but I'm not having any luck. I might have to just chalk it up, and save these left over parts as spares. I have another Rose gold Kayfun coming, so all is not lost. I just have some spare parts for another one....
