KBOX 70 temp high problems- Need help

Hello everyone,

I have been using KBOX 70 for around 7 months. I have the problem now that after every one or two firing it starts to show temp high. I dismantled and cleaned everything thinking that will work but it has the same problem.

I would appreciate if anyone can help me with this as its been a bit annoying. Sometimes it wont fire at all.

The high temp warning is supposed to indicate the circuit board is too hot, but sometimes it means the mod is shot. If the problem just started and nothing else has changed, about the only two things you could do to try and fix it is completely clean everything (including the board) and reflow the solder joints. More than likely if you thoroughly cleaned it and it's still faulty, you're probably gonna have to get another mod. Made in China means limited lifespan. This is all assuming your batteries are up to the task and aren't the source of excessive heat. If you have quality batteries that have sufficient amp ratings and you already cleaned everything, the mods probably shot.
