Debuting Friday night on Syfy in the U.S. (and Space in Canada), the new series Killjoys follows a trio of space traveling bounty hunters – Dutch (Hannah John-Kamen) and brothers John (Aaron Ashmore) and D’avin (Luke Macfarlane). When IGN visited the Toronto set of Killjoys, Macfarlane noted that when we meet D’avin, “We don’t know entirely why he is where he is and how he got to where he is but he’s on a ship as a sort of indentured fighter, trying to make his way across the solar system. He has a military background and he’s estranged from his brother and that’s what we know about him in the beginning.”
