Kiwi Double Berry

This is something I threw together a couple of days ago and it's a pretty decent vape so I figured I'd share it. Nothing special, but an easy mix and not a long wait.

Mixed at 40pg/60vg (Bull City Vapor brand) with 1mg Vapers Tek nicotine

Steep Time: I waited a day. This could probably be a shake-n-vape.

10% Total Flavoring

----------------------------------------------------
4% TFA Ripe Strawberry
3% FA Kiwi
2% FA Strawberry
1% FA Marshmallow
----------------------------------------------------

NOTE 02/20/2016: This starts to get really good after 4 or 5 days as the flavors fuse together. Also...for a 'Kiwi Triple Berry', I made a 15ml batch and added 1 drop of INW Raspberry and my first impression is it will turn out very good.

NOTE 02/27/2016: The raspberry version in the note above turned out very nice. I like it better than without the raspberry. Also...for a 'Kiwi Triple Berry Ice Cream', I made a 15ml batch and added 1 extra drop of INW Rasberry and 4% CAPs Vanilla Bean Ice Cream. I'll try that one in a week or so after the ice cream ages a little.

NOTE 03/10/2016: Adding the CAPs VBIC turned out really good. BTW....I've only been vaping this out of my dripper so I really don't know what it's like in a tank. I'm thinking about working in a cookie base to this and have a 'Kiwi Triple Berry Ice Cream Cookie'. My recipe title is getting long :D

Do you have an idea of how much strawberry to use if I use TFA.

Unfortunately.....No :(

I don't like the regular TFA Strawberry at all. If you were to scrape a bunch of strawberry seeds off of some strawberries and chew them up is what TFA Strawberry tastes like to me. I've used it a couple of times in some popular recipes (ie, NotCharlesManson's Strawberry Shortcake Bar) and it's all I could taste so I'd have no idea what to suggest. Maybe someone else that likes that strawberry will comment :)

Had to tip-my-hat to this recipe. Mixed it up about 5-6 days ago with a few substitutes.

I mixed 30mL @ 3% nic and max VG (86/14 if I remember correctly):
  • TFA Straw Ripe: 4%
  • FA Kiwi: 3%
  • FA Straw: 2%
  • TFA Marsh: 1%
  • TFA VBIC: 3%
  • FA Raspberry: 3 drops per 30mL (~55drops/mL dropper...normally I measure by volume but this was lazy this round)
First day or two it was okay, but wasn't anything too special. Let it steep about 5 days and (as you mentioned in the notes) it became very well rounded and delicious. Very sweet, fruity, and (thanks to the VBIC) very creamy as well. Props!

When my new batch of flavors arrive, I think I will use this as a starting point/template to try some combos I haven't tinkered with yet (thinking kiwi-peach profile maybe?)

Thank you.....I'm glad you're enjoying it :) I haven't tried it yet with TFA VBIC, but I will. I like both CAPs and TFA's for different reasons. And I have FA Raspberry in my BCV wish list. When they get Nonna's Cake in stock next week, I'll be ordering. INW Raspberry is the only one I had to try in this mix and I'd like to have another raspberry to play with.

Yes.. this sounds like an excellent match up. I have some peach flavors that I haven't messed around with enough yet and I really need to since I love peach flavored things. Post back if you come up with something on that and want to share it. I have FA Peach, FA White Peach, TFA Peach Juicy, Molinberry's Peach Nectar, and CAPs Peaches and Cream.
