While this is technically all you need to get started, I recommend picking up the mid-level combo for $269 ($120 off its regular price) as it includes a carrying case for the drone and remote controller, and more importantly, an extra battery to double your total flight time from 31 minutes to 62 minutes.
The DJI Mini 4K features 4K video recording at 30 fps, a 4x digital zoom, 10km video transmission distance, an intelligent return to home mode, 38kph (Level 5) wind resistance, and a weight of under 249g, allowing you to fly it safely without requiring FAA registration.
