Hey guys,I just found out that one of the projects I worked on last summer is going to be on fyi tv tonight @9:00pm est.

Justin and Shauna were my first clients when I started my cleaning company. Justin contacted me last summer to help him flip an old houseboat for him and and his wife Shauna to live on.
it was a pretty ambitious project with a small budget and short deadline.
I won't go into the finances because it isn't really my place to offer that info but the deadline was a little over a month.
it ended up taking two months but justin and I worked our asses off with the help of a few friends along the way, some very handy and some not so much, but we got it done and Shauna came in and did the decorating and it turned out great!

They've since moved on to another houseboat with more space (another project that were still working on) and turned the first into a VRBO/airbnb rental so if you're thinking about visiting charleston any time soon,I can get you a prime waterfront rental.;)

If you get a chance,watch/record it and let me know your thoughts.:D
FYI tv @9:00pm est

Cheers,

Has anyone watched it?
I finally got a chance to sit and watch it last night and OMG! What a crock of shit!!
Justin had mentioned that they had to "spin" it a little to make it fit in with the premise of the show but damn..
just about the only truth in the entire show was the little fact bubbles that popped up in the corners.
I thought it was going to be more of a spotlight piece about the couple and how they flipped a decaying boat from the 70's into a nice little floating condo wich would've been a much better piece imo.
they are barely in their 30's,they have a great relationship, both are self employed and they found a great way to downsize their living space and living costs.
I'm only a few years older and I'm not doing too bad for myself but these two continuously impress me with their buisness ventures and success.

So fyi, don't trust anything on fyi.....

I'm waiting for uploads but I'll post some progress pics soon.
cheers,
