Lavabox DNA 200 - anyone else's fire button sticking?

The small-ish, square, flush-mounted fire button on my Lavabox DNA 200 gets caught underneath the plastic face of the device and will stick in the fire position if I'm not careful with it. Seems that I have to push the button in its center to minimize the occurrence. Any off-center push tends to cause it to stick. Anyone else with this issue? Pretty frustrating for a device of this price.

I like the device other than this, although the 10Wh Lipo pack is fairly limiting for my vaping style.

My fire button is not sticking. However compared to my other DNA200 mods, the screen is quite dark. Not a fan of the tinted screen cover. My display is also a tad crooked to my eyes. I do like the feel of the mod in hand and it works great so far. Like you, considering the price, I'm a bit disappointed.

I haven't had an issue with mine, still worrying about battery longevity at work but so far so good.

I just got my Lavabox Tuesday and It started doing this today. The button isn't catching on anything tho and it doesn't matter where I press. Also get a burnt taste when it sticks no matter how short the puff is. Did u resolve your issue? if so, how? I contacted Volcano and they asked if I dropped it or spilled juice in it which I havent. Asked me to send pics of button from inside .. otherwise I WAS digging it

I understand companies requesting pictures, if you have a real problem, it's a quick job, and legitimizes the return. However, asking to take a picture from the inside sounds totally unreasonable. I'm guessing that requires opening up the device substantially, and that's not cool. I could see that even voiding warranty, though if the company who makes it tells you to do so, you have it in writing, so they can't really do that. I'd link this thread possibly, since it seems you're not the only one. Good luck.
