Anyone know anything about these 18650 2800mah batteries? Are they rewrapped? Personally I've been happy with my LG HG2's and just ordered a pair of the NEW MXJO 3000mah 18650's to compare.

In my opinion, they are rewraps. Typically, these 35A batteries end up being about 20A when tested. There aren't any 18650 batteries with genuine continuous ratings over 30A.
I suspect that the MXJO's will have just about the same performance as the HG2's. They're in my queue for testing but it's going to be a few days before I get to it.
