Leaky tank problems

So to start off with I'm a novice vaper. I have been vaping for about 2 years now, but I haven't done any real research. I have always just trusted my local shops. I'm starting to think that is my number one proplem. Every time I have had a problem they always tell me either my battery is to strong g for my tank or to weak for it. So I ended up always upgrading one of the two. And every time I ask questions I always get the same general response, "it depends on how you vape".

So my problem now is finding a tank that won't leak. I have had 2 iclear16s, a kangertech aerotank mega, an aspire nautilus, a vivinova, and an ego one mega. Every single one of then has had bad leaking problems. I have tried to change the o ring seals and the atomizers, but nothing has worked for me. One of my local shops recommended the aspire triton. Any thoughts on that tank?

I'm currently borrowing my girlfriends eleaf with an aspire tank.(not really sure which aspire. It doesn't have the model name on it.) I have joytech evic VT battery with the leaky ego one mega tank.

with leaks they are affected by pressure in the tank (pull to hard , too often) ,
juice viscosity (PG/VG ratio)
ambient air temp (warmer equal thinner juice)
Wicking *if the juice wicks to fast it will seem like a leak.
some tanks even advise closing the air flow when your not going to use it for a while.

Leaking tanks are a way of life in the vaping world. You will find many solutions and some will work for you, some won't. The reasons for leaking are many and varied.

Please be kind to people who spend their uncompensated time helping you by at least uploading a picture of the tank.

Look at it as a 2-way street. Not only is it courteous to others who spend their time, but it also increases your chances of actually finding the a solution.

It's my experience that many, many tanks leak, most particularly the ego one mega. The only tank I've ever found that consistently did not leak is the Crown. I'm sure there are others, but this is my go-to tank for reliability!

Tfv4 if wicked correctly won't leak. But also its the double edge sword we all face when playing with rta's wick so it will never leak at the risk of dry hits If you vape to often, or wick so you never get a dry hit or leak every once and awhile. Tanks are still "in progress" and not a perfection by any means.

However, I will say that without knowing the model of the tank or at least posting a pic of it, your chances of a solution are slim.

My problem isn't with my girlfriends tank it's not leaking at all. And I know some leaking is bound to happen with all tanks. All of my tanks are super bad with it though. Like half of the liquid leaks after about a day and a half. I really like her tank on her battery, but I can't can the same performance with it on my evic. Here is a pic of her set up and mine.

Time for an upgrade that set up is outdated. It wouldn't be working right if it dint leak.
