I threw this one together a few hours ago, it's a pretty good shake & vape, but I think after it sits overnight, the Koolada will settle out a bit. This was made with those delicious Lemon Wedding Cookies in mind, and the powdered sugar coating that melts in your mouth. There's a cool bite to the cookies, hence the koolada.

Italian Lemon Sicily (CAP) 3%
Juicy Lemon (CAP) 4%
Meringue (FA) 3%
Sugar Cookie v2 (CAP) 7%
Koolada (TFA) 1.5%

These are the only two lemon flavors that I have used thus far so I can't speak to the others, but you may be able to substitute. You're just looking for a good, prominent lemon flavor without the bitter, rind type flavor. And if you have another sugar cookie flavor you can certainly try it, as long as there's no cinnamon or spices involved. It's only DIY, give it a go! :p

I love the idea of adding Koolada here. I haven't tried it out yet, but I recently made a mix a bit like this, without the meringue or the Juicy Lemon. (Only because they always seem to be out of Juicy when I order :/ ) Anyway, it strikes me as a very warm and wintery kind of flavor and I'm psyched to see what the koolada does to it. Looking forward to trying this!

I started out initially with 1% koolada, but I've heard that it fades after a few days, so I bumped it to 1.5%. It's fairly chilly immediately after mixing, so I'm hoping it will calm a bit to the sweet spot. This is my first go around with with koolada o_O

Is koolada anything like FA peppermint at lower percentages?
I wish I could tell you, but I have not used FA peppermint yet; I would imagine it is at least similar. The Koolada is not for flavor, but is there to provide a cool feel on the exhale. Peppermint might do the same at a low %. Let me know if you try it!

Koolada doesn't taste sweet like peppermint, just a cooling effect.

I only have FA lemon sicily so I don't know how that would affect the recipe. Any ideas?

You want a semi sweet lemon in this, which is why I used both Juicy Lemon and Lemon Sicily. What you DON'T want is that bitter rind taste. You can always add a bit of sweetener, or bump up the Meringue if you're lacking sweetness.
