Figured that out, did We? Can't blame them, like the marketing angle. This will make your jaw drop, Did Mine. We have lathes that are so sensitive, we can set three feet .28 set the tension & rpms, & just watch. When it is done it stops. Has never broken a wire yet. That's cool. I'm the only one allowed to use it for that.
I feel like in the time it takes to make and assemble such a silly looking rig you could just learn how to hold the wire properly hahaha. Whatever works for you i guess!

Some people have very bad arthritis in their hands and can not apply enough pressure to get wire to clapton easily. Jigs are nice for those types.I feel like in the time it takes to make and assemble such a silly looking rig you could just learn how to hold the wire properly hahaha. Whatever works for you i guess!
