I've got a copper smpl otw and wanting a good rda for it, I have a dark horse with a copper afc. Looking a nice rda for as I plan to do a forced patina on it or them. Any pics or set up suggestions would be awesome, also as we know this is a hybrid mod so 510 protrusion is a must! Thanks peeps

Mutation RDA come to mind, depending on what your looking for in an RDA. Tons of air flow options and pretty big deck and juice well and decent size post holes

Nice, thanks. Looking decent airflow for clouds wide bore drip tip and copper. I'm sure most everyone and their mother has a smpl by now and decided to grab one want to do a matching patina with rda. I have the mutation v4 but don't love it enough to get another one in copper. Anyone tried the succubus?

@Neunerball would probably know he's got like 3 vape shops worth of rda's haha
I have the Mutation X V1 & V3, Mutation XL V3 (26650) and a Troll V1.5 in copper. Out of these two, I prefer the Mutations over the Troll. Although the Troll isn't a bad RDA, the Mutations are more versatile.

i bought an aluminum heat sink for mine mainly to keep heat off the batt, but it cools down quick just pull air through it with out firing the coils a couple seconds, its good again. mine will cool quick cuz i took the afc out. believe it or not it works better for massive vaping mine rarely gets too hot unless im doing back to back vaping like a show off cloud chase but i got mine to quit smoking so i rarely hit it back to back like a cloud chaser. i took my afc out for more air flow because the coils inside produces such thick vapor. so when it comes to cooling it its no prob at all because of all that air flow i have. all that air coming in keeps the cap cool AF during vaping on mine but you also have to have the coils, wicking, and power to make enough vapor to compensate the extra air intake so your hits arent airy. but yeah once i got good at coil making and i got a box mod that afc had to come out cuz the way i got it now i can burst out a 12 foot long and super massive plumb of vapor from a 2 second draw(istick clock) gets good flavor too using my 2.7mm claptons. i love the derringer i even bought 2 more i like it so much but yeah it can get hot. what i love too is it doesnt spit back into your mouth like a lot of other rda's ( especially chuck stlyes). i got this little rda figured out. this rda is what made me realize theres a lot more to rebuilding than just slappin stuff together and throwing juice in it lol hope this helps! when i get on my tablet ill put up a configuration pic of mine if you'd like.

Seems to be more of a flavor rda but has good airflow seen some reviews on YouTube also, convicted vapes was blowing fat clouds with it. I like the look and raised bottom airflow above the deck to help with minimal leaking. Has bottom and side airflow and they're all adjustable

Nice write up twisted wires I may pick one up for the price it's a no brainer, I have learned that builds are different for each addys. Usually run my Sig oni 150 the most and mechs occasionally, but havnt used a small rda like that so wasn't aware of how it performed. I think I seen a while back there's like a "jumbo" version that's a little bigger. I also like the, looks of the dinghy but reviews lean toward being a hot addy and barely any juice well. Thanks and would love to see your set ups
