Looking for 2 Flavor recipes

Just really getting started and need some 2 flavor recipes.Some flavors I like are Cherry , Vanilla , Menthol , Custard , Blue berry , Strawberry , Peppermint , Cream , for a few. I like the ejuice to be sweet and or menthol. Any help would be great till I get some to turn out just right , and please give a suggestion on the starting PG/VG ratios. Thank You Very Much!

Do you already have these flavors, and if so who makes them (because the percentages are different for different manufacturers)?

This is what I have , Black Cherry-FA , Chocolate-FA , Candy Cane-FW , Cinnamon Red Hot-FW , Cinnamon Red Hot-TFA , Cream de Menth-LA , Dulce de Leche-FA , Koolada-FA , Menthol-CAP , Peppermint-FA , Sweetener-FA , Tiramisu-TFA , Vanilla Bourbon-FA , Vienna Cream-FA , Vanilla Classic-INA , Vanilla Custard version 2-CAP.
