So i recently started vaping and bought the Ijust2, then since my buddy got its DNA 200 he hooked me up with his sigelei 150(but no batteries lol), anyways he also gave me his old fishbone rda which personally i love alot more then the Ijust2 tank, however i am not a fan what so ever of the bottom airflow. so now im trying to find a decent RDA.
Preff one with no copper, dont want bottom airflow like the Fishbone, and would like it to have the 2 positive holes (or positive post block, w.e its called) to make dual coil builds a little easier for me. and hoping to find one for under $40. if anyone has any suggestions/recommendations i would appreciate it :)

well maybe $60 i found a couple at a shop near by but the all seem the same, Compvape's- Twisted Messes or 13 Heavens 9 Hells, but they also have El Cabron and Double Vision, all same price...not sure which would be better for someone who's new RDAs.

The Velocity is an excellent beginners RDA. It's a dual coil RDA with two posts. However, the way those posts are designed, makes for an easy build. In addition, it has various options for the airflow. The Velocity clone made by Tobeco isn't bad either. You just need to clean it well (left over machine oil). Another RDA you might like is the Mutation X V3. Unlike the Mutation X V4, it doesn't have the bottom air intake. The Mutation X V4 though comes with plugs, to close those. Well, then there's the Sapor RDA. It's more of a flavor RDA, but has a pretty good airflow. In addition, the air holes are at the top of the RDA, thus making it leak proof.

The Double Vision is another good one and it comes with 2 decks

i do really like the thought of the Double Vision for the fact i can use one base then use the spare to play around with coil builds with out destroying my current one. that being said a $60 rda is a bit much for me, i was currently thinking the sapor by wotofo since it was only about $25. im just having troubles finind online shops. from what iv seen they seem to ship within 10-25 buisness days+shipping

Most vendors are in China, and they also have the cheapest prices. E-bay can be a place to get something in under a week, but at a higher price. Then there are B&M shops, that are the highest of prices.

Personally, I have been stuck to my Little Boy RDA for months. I have a few new ones on order from China in the mail. I have 2 different Fishbone RDA's coming, and neither is bottom airflow. I do not like ANY RDA with bottom airflow because of leaking issues.

NONE of the RDA's I have ordered, cost more than 12 bucks a piece.

The sapor is nice, but it is a bottom up wick.. top air. wouldn't consider it to be a "beginner" rda really. as stated above, Velocity is a nice one. I really enjoy the Lush , and my Darkhorse. --- my first rda - 3post, but easy to build on, nice juice well, no leaks, adjustable airflow. -- IMO can never go wrong with a Darkhorse. . of the 20-30 rdas i have/had . it's my go-to atty for dripping (i'm terrible at building coils). Hope you find something nice that you enjoy.

Personally I love the Sapor RDA. It tastes great with the top airflow and easy to build. If you want a really dynamic one you can go with the Velocity which has adjustable top and bottom airflow. The authentic is pretty expensive but I have the Tobeco clone for under 20$ and have zero complaints with it.

Got to agree on the Sapor. Despite misgivings due to many users having experienced quality problems with them, in the past, I decided to finally take advantage of an LVS' weekly sales discount and bought a black one a week ago Wednesday. A pair of 24 ga. Kanthal coils came in around 0.3Ω. Wicked with Elfwick. Juiced with Mystic PB Parfait. I'm quite pleased, especially since I went to the 510 adapter with a DotMod clone drip tip. Have the air about 1/3 open or so. Running it at 45W.

I haven't experienced any of the quality problems early adopters did. Perhaps Wotofo corrected them later on in production?

I have an el cabron, love it. I just bought the comp vape 13 heavens and put my first dual Clapton build in it. Love it and it kicks my but. For the money, my velocity clone clone from tobeco is really good. I put a dual 24g 7 wrap in it. I closed the top holes. Great flavor. One third the cost of the other I listed. I use all of them with different builds, plus other rdas not worth mentioning here.

Never tried the sapor.

I have the Glacier v2 (3 of them) and I'd agree with most everyone else, the Velocity style deck is the easiest to build on. I've come close to getting a Double Vision a couple of times. I love the interchangeable parts from the 13H9H and Twisted Messes, both of which I recommend. While the DV comes with two decks the two post hole design may be a bit hard to build on starting out. (you'd get the hang of it) I can't comment on the Sapor but as you can see a lot of people like it.

Thanks for that, @webbb82. The Tendou Vapor Shingen RDA looks interesting. Kind of spendy, though, at $60. I added it to my list, anyway. Perhaps somebody will put them on sale someday.
Ya no doubt.

Gonna have to throw in the hobo. It's a flavor beast and doesn't leak unless you overdrip. Running dual twisted 26g at .24 ohms and performs well anywhere from 30 to 75 watts.
