I made a Tiramisu Mango Cake I found on VU. It had 1% Mango and a lot of ingredients. I can taste it. I am going to try the first three with 1% Vienna Cream and 1% Brandy.
I have TFA Pear instead of FA Pear. I was going to try 0.5% with that for another version.
FA Mango and I can't get along. I've been using HS that I use for my Chewy Tropical Mango Cookies & Mango Coconut Ice Cream. I'm going to try CAPs Juicy Mango on my next order. I'm a Mango nut. I live in S. Fla. and grew up eating fresh juicy mango off the trees so I'm very picky when it comes to mango.
I prefer Caps mango over the FA Mango. Seems like there's such a fine line with the FA one, can't taste, can't taste, can't taste... ALL I CAN TASTE.. lol, that's how my attempts have gone pretty much when mixing with it. The best recipe I've found on here that uses it is the Flow State Mango Peach Cream by @lirruping
