It's been a little over a year since I bought any type of hardware and I haven't been keeping up with any new hardware either .... Please any suggestions are welcome. Minimum dual coil. What are some of the best ones out there right now?

If you tool around in this part of the forum, you'll find a lot of good information on the latest and greatest. But, to answer your question, here are a few of the best talked about ones:

Diablo Clone
Geekvape Griffin
OBS Crius
Steam Crave Aromamizer

They are all 22mm velocity deck RTAs that have been touted as having great flavor, dual coil, easy build decks. If capacity is an issue for you, there are other offerings, but I hope this helps get you started.

I love my bellus i bought the crius thinking it might be better. But the bellus still is on top in flavor from what i've read the griffin is more or less the same as the crius. With just a bigger deck my happy with 26/32clapton and 2.5id so no point there really. My next will be the 2.5ml diablo clone and if that's not much better I'll give up and stick with the bellus.

I'd take a look at the awesome Griffin RTA.. Dual coil velocity style deck makes building it very easy. Huge juice wells, adj juice flow and adj air control, I've got two of these and absolutely love'um

You can see the big juice channels with the cotton wicks just touching the deck above them.. This buld was 5 days old vaping it everyday and not even close to a dry hit even chain vaping

I agree, the Griffin is the Best RTA created. It holds any build, wicking is VERY EASY and has topfill. Its cheap also and very well made and designed. It provides a RDA experience for flavor and vapor without the need for dripping. I have used many different RTA's and this is the only one that has no flaws, not one and doesnt need to be built special just to get a decent experience.

He says he has both...I dont see how anyone enjoys the Aromamizer...I own them and agree with most people that its garbage...some people just seem to have magic versions that work very well for them, I have yet to see one that works.

It sucks the Aromamizer hasn't worked out for you. It's not perfect, but out of the 20+ tanks I've owned, it's easily my favorite. Super easy to build/wick, easy to fill, great airflow, and tasty thick clouds.

We'll see how the griffin compares when it gets here. Based on all the good reviews, I doubt I'll be disappointed.

I prefer my Aromamizer over my Griffin (go ahead jump down my throat) because for me it's been incredibly consistent and flavorful. I don't have any leaks, and I don't mind the bottom fill. But that's just me. That also being said, I really am loving this Diablo the more I use it. Of all the ones I mentioned I use it the most followed by my Aromamizer. The Crius and Griffin are still in the rotation I just don't enjoy them as much as my other two.

Its funny how different folks use different tanks for different reasons... I don't have the money to blow on 20 different tanks to try out.. That said I do alot of research and have to ask myself is this particular tank affordable, easy to build and will keep me tobacco free?? I vape for the nicotine, not so much for flavor..hell, I just eat a jolly rancher for all the flavor my taste buds can handle, lol
But the Griffin has met all my basic needs and beyond..I'm not alone in that respect either..just sayin

Idk, the first and last rta I tried was the kayfun. Hated it. Just wasnt enough airflow for me.. I usually use 2 3mm or 4 3mm air holes on my rda's... What's the airflow like on the Griffin?

Can one of you guys post a pic of a build on the Aromamizer? I just looked it up, looks pretty sick. The last piece of hardware I bought was a Big Dripper RDTA and this looks like a nice step up from that.... Thanks in advance guys .

The way you guys build is the reason you enjoy it, I dont enjoy vaping with the type of builds that work in the Aromamizer. I prefer a .09-.18 Ohm build, the Warmth, Flavor Intensity and Vapor Density is what I enjoy and Ive tried atleast 20 different builds in the Aromamizer and none make that happen unless I close it down to 2 holes open but then its a very restricted draw.
I drilled out the juice ports on the Aromamizer as I found they were extremely tiny and most of the reason it didnt wick well, on top of that you have bottom fil and when you tear the deck from it theres always a ton of juice that likes to fly out from sitting in the juice well. The tank always seemed empty even when filled, It may be just me but I think the tank overall is horrible, especially for its price.
This is the best build I had in the Aromamizer and at 75w it was a "okay" vape, I had to wait in between draws (4-8 seconds) for the wick to catch up and for what its worth I found flavor and vapor extremely lacking. You can only fit 3.2mm OD Coils in its Chamber, so unless you can whip up Micro/Nano Fused Claptons then single wire builds are your best bet.
If you feel the Griffin has no flavor then build lower and bigger coils, just a like a large chamber RDA...you can build bigger on the Aromamizer and you are limited to what it can hold for your vape experience. Plus the Airflow control is a god damn vape band...for $45+ it should be something much more thought out!
This is just my opinion, I know others love the Tank but its not the one I would buy if it were up to me.

This is the last build I had in my Aromamizer. Dual vertical fused Claptons at .21 ohms. Great flavor, has worked out great for me. I like a little restricted draws, so I use the two hole silicone sleeve for it.

What's the max size of the Aromamizer's airhole

Also with the Diablo, how's the airflow? Max size air holes? Again, just keep in mind, I've been strictly a dripper for many years now, so flavor and a lot of airflow is what I'm used to... Like I said earlier, I tried the Kayfuns when they first came out (still have it sitting in the box after 10 min of my first use) and despised it for lack of airflow....

Airflow is pretty wide open on both. To airy of a draw for me at max, but that's my preference.

This thread was taken over by RTAs quickly!
Like they said, Griffin or Diablo all the way. Theyre both sexy. Ive got a Diablo in the mail!

For drippers, its all about that velocity style deck IMO. What a stroke of genius that was. Its hard to go back after. Ive got an El Diablo Baal V3 in the mail that Im stoked to give a try (same maker as the Diablo)

A few weeks? They have slow shipping, cause it says they've got it in stock right now.

And also, balls. Might not've ordered the Hatty had I seen the Gemini LOL

Not sure I like that third post down the middle. The draw to the velocity deck is having it wide open for big coils and better airflow. Having that extra post in there kill it IMO. Id rather have a griffin/diablo than that.
I think that "third post" is a air flow plug in place for single coil builds. It clearly states that it's a two post velocity style deck.

@WARCHOP37 do you know about how many mm's the air slots on the Diablo are? Also if you got it online, which site? Same info for the Griffin, if you can. Thanks

The DOG3 is seriously getting underrated. It's a really great update from the previous doge's....

I've been thinking about upgrading from my Kayfun Lite+. The Griffin looks interesting, but I think I would prefer a capacity closer to 5ml. Especially of it is dual coil. So, I can't decide either. Do you have to use two coils on the Griffin and is there a less breakable tank for it?
