Looking for RBA with great flavor and clouds

Hi everyone, recently got into building coils with the kanger subtank mini and then stepped it up to tfv4mini. Vaping at 0.5-0.7 ohms with both ( I figure that is my ideal range) I feel like I'm not getting the most amount of clouds one could from Max vg juices with the subtank minions not the greatest flavor, although clouds are optimum with the tfv4 mini. Could you guys possibly give me a few suggestions on other available RBA sub ohm tanks? Just to make a note I do not like the Clapton coil as it is way too cool for me, I prefer hot and steamy vapes. Thanks

I hear it leaks a lot though? Have you had that problem with it at all?

It doesn't leak at all providing you fill it according to the instruction manual, put in enough wick, and maintain your O rings. It's the only RTA I've used that works consistently without leaking assuming those things.

Is it built with longer wicks like the TFV4?

If you look at the thread I linked you can see how it's wicked. Yes, you tuck the ends onto the deck under the coil - no juice channels like regular RTAs.

I agree with AmandaD on the Boreas, I have one and as long as you follow the instructions, you shouldn't have any leaks or any problems. Keep in mind that Roxy, the co-designer, is a member here, you can always jump in the Boreas thread and ask her your questions. In my opinion, the Alleria, another rta from Augvape, is a definite flavor beast. It is smaller volume (3 ml or so) but huge flavor. All in all, you can not go wrong with either tank.

Just my 2ç, I had a Griffin for about 1week, used it once and sold it. I MTL mostly but the Boreas and Alleria are my go to tanks for clouds and flavor. You may have to go to lower nic. levels in these tanks.

I MTL also and just bought the griffin and the boreas. Do I need to return?

In my opinion, neither tank is MTL, but we vape the way we like and that is the idea. Get what makes you happy. I had a Griffin, used it once, sold it in one week. I have a Boreas that is one of my favorites. It is easier to wick, great performance, 8 mls, comes with 2 decks. Another tank (rta) to consider instead of the Griffin, is the Alleria. I know that many people own Griffins and love them, it is their prerogative, for my money, I'd get another Alleria or Boreas instead of the Griffin.

I did try it, it is still too loose a draw for me. If you MTL, the only rta to be released in the near future is the Merlin. People were saying the Theorem could be MTL, I bought one, no, it is not a MTL tank, at least not for me.

If you want a MTL tank, the tfv4 micro is a good choice, another is the Melo 3 mini with the 1.8 ohm coils, but not the triton mini coils, they will not fit.

I stand corrected, if you use 3.0 mm ID coils and close the AFC way down, you could use the Alleria for MTL. It is a rather warm vape, but it can be done.

I don't MTL but I have read several people say they use the Serpent Mini with the air flow closed way down. Single coil rta, very small, great flavor and I don't have any leaking issues at all.
